Originally from Washington, D.C. her resume includes serving as a Legal Administrator for a number of years, as an Administrator-Assistant to the Vice President for the District of Columbia Building Industry Association; and, for 15 years before moving to Sussex County, she was an Administrator Officer for the Embassy of Spain to the Organization of American States.
 
She is bi-lingual, speaking and writing fluently in both English and Spanish.  Pat is married with one son and enjoys collecting antiques, cooking and spending lazy Summer days at the beach.
