Of course, desiring to live near the coast and finding the right property are two different things. But while the search can be difficult, it’s possible to find the home of your dreams. And when you do, making a good offer on the property can put you a step ahead of the competition.

beach restoration benefits Rehoboth Beach propertyIn late October of 2012, Hurricane Sandy ravaged the majority of the beaches along the northeast coast of the United States. Coastal Delaware was directly hit by Sandy causing major damage and flooding to structures, but also causing immense erosion on its beaches. The once beautiful wide stretches of sand were replaced with narrow strips of eroded embankments.
