I started my Real Estate career 40+ years ago. Having recently retired from my previous work as a Law Enforcement officer, I decided to scale down my life’s challenges and seek a career in Real Estate. “Sic Parvis Magna” (from small beginnings). So, we (my family and I ) decided to move to Pennsylvania. I started as Salesperson, which led to becoming a Associate Broker within 4 years. I continued my Real Estate Education taking Appraisal Courses as well as Commercial (CCIM) courses. I soon found out that I was asked by my company to become the Broker of Record. Which I accepted. I also earned a Certified General Appraisers License #648 in the state of PA and CRB (Certified Residential Broker) designation. I also worked hard and studied utilizing the VA benefits and received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from John Jay College, in NYC.
In my previous life (age 18-21) I served in the United State Marine Corps as a Helicopter Combat Crew in Viet Nam. I arrived home and married the GEM of my Life Kathleen. We have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. Kathleen and I reside in Millsboro, DE
